Jak se ho zbavit? Jak se ho zcela vyvarovat?<\/p>\n<p>Mezi lidmi vl\u00e1dne n\u00e1zor, \u017ee sta\u010d\u00ed, aby se \u010dlov\u011bk nedost\u00e1val do kritick\u00fdch situac\u00ed, a stres se mu automaticky vyhne. Tak tomu ov\u0161em nen\u00ed! Stresovou situaci nevyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed jen nevy\u0159e\u0161en\u00e9 probl\u00e9my a nep\u0159\u00edjemnosti v pr\u00e1ci \u010di doma, ale i ud\u00e1losti velice v\u00edtan\u00e9. Stres je prost\u011b reakce na ka\u017edou zm\u011bnu v okoln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b, na zm\u011bnu, kter\u00e1 se n\u00e1s n\u011bjak dot\u00fdk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edroda v\u0161ak zapomn\u011bla na jeden podstatn\u00fd detail \u2014 zat\u00edmco mechanismus vzniku stresu funguje okam\u017eit\u011b a automaticky, mechanismus jeho potla\u010den\u00ed se \u010dasto \u201ezasekne&#8220;. A to v situaci, kdy dynamika sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho \u017eivota udr\u017euje ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s v neust\u00e1l\u00e9m nap\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste si u\u017e n\u011bkdy v\u0161imli, \u017ee rozru\u0161en\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk d\u00fdch\u00e1 zt\u011b\u017eka a p\u0159er\u00fdvav\u011b, v okam\u017eic\u00edch strachu dokonce nem\u016f\u017ee dech popadnout v\u016fbec. Odborn\u00edci jsou p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deni, \u017ee nau\u010d\u00ed-li se \u010dlov\u011bk pravideln\u011b d\u00fdchat, zbav\u00ed se i zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho emocion\u00e1ln\u00edho p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00ed. Stejn\u011b nezbytn\u00fdm p\u0159edpokladem \u00falevy pro p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 nervy je schopnost uvolnit svalstvo.<\/p>\n<p>T\u011b\u017eko si ov\u0161em p\u0159edstavit modern\u00edho, aktivn\u011b \u017eij\u00edc\u00edho \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd by dok\u00e1zal \u017e\u00edt s trvale uvoln\u011bn\u00fdm svalstvem a um\u011bl naprosto pravideln\u011b d\u00fdchat. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee nesta\u010d\u00ed nervov\u00e9 vyp\u011bt\u00ed jen potla\u010dovat, mus\u00edme b\u00fdt na p\u0159et\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed nervov\u00e9 soustavy p\u0159ipraveni.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edroda n\u00e1s p\u0159ece uzp\u016fsobila k enormn\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 n\u00e1maze, po\u010d\u00edtala s t\u00edm, \u017ee n\u011b\u010demu takov\u00e9mu bude lidsk\u00fd organismus \u010das od \u010dasu vystaven, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se z\u00e1rove\u0148 pos\u00edl\u00ed jeho krevn\u00ed ob\u011bh, nervstvo i svalstvo. N\u00e1\u0161 dne\u0161n\u00ed \u017eivot je v\u0161ak poznamen\u00e1n p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pohybovou pasivitou.<\/p>\n<p>Svalstvo, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edstavuje 40 procent na\u0161\u00ed hmotnosti, tak ochabuje a z\u00e1rove\u0148 oslabuje jak krevn\u00ed ob\u011bh, tak nervovou soustavu. Nu a pro ochablou nervovou soustavu se u\u017e sebemen\u0161\u00ed ot\u0159es m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t osudov\u00fdm. Proto stoj\u00ed zato nau\u010dit se regulovat sv\u00e9 reakce na okoln\u00ed sv\u011bt tak, aby m\u00edra vyp\u011bt\u00ed pracovala pro n\u00e1s, nikoli proti n\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>Za\u010dn\u011bme od nejtrivi\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f. Zku\u0161en\u00fd \u0159idi\u010d uchov\u00e1v\u00e1 ve sv\u00e9 profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed pam\u011bti nejen soubor kritick\u00fdch situac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 ho cestou mohou potkat, ale rovn\u011b\u017e v\u00ed, jak si s nimi poradit. A tady m\u016f\u017eeme za\u010d\u00edt s teoretick\u00fdmi z\u00e1v\u011bry: v mnoha p\u0159\u00edpadech se hroz\u00edc\u00ed pohromy sami zbav\u00edme t\u00edm, \u017ee si v duchu p\u0159ezkou\u0161\u00edme akce sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed k p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fdch stresov\u00fdch situac\u00ed. Takov\u00e9to p\u0159ezku\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed by m\u011blo b\u00fdt tak dlouh\u00e9 a intenz\u00edvn\u00ed, aby se podobn\u00e9 akce zcela zautomatizovaly. To je, lze-li to tak \u0159\u00edci, jedna ze z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pravd p\u0159\u00edpravy na \u017eivot ve stresu. V\u011bda v\u0161ak u\u017e nab\u00edz\u00ed i hotov\u00e9 n\u00e1vody chov\u00e1n\u00ed pro lidi ve stresov\u00e9 situaci, nap\u0159\u00edklad takovouto definici: Va\u0161e schopnost zvl\u00e1dnout stres je nep\u0159\u00edmo \u00fam\u011brn\u00e1 mno\u017estv\u00ed a obt\u00ed\u017enosti \u00fakol\u016f i term\u00edn\u016fm, v nich\u017e maj\u00ed b\u00fdt spln\u011bny.<\/p>\n<p>Pokusme se tuto tezi aplikovat t\u0159eba na klasickou rodinnou krizi. Jste unaveni z neust\u00e1l\u00fdch h\u00e1dek a v\u00fd\u010ditek. Cht\u011bli byste rodinu udr\u017eet pohromad\u011b, ale nev\u00edte jak to ud\u011blat. \u017de bychom si po\u0159\u00eddili zahr\u00e1dku, \u0159ekne si n\u011bkdo z v\u00e1s. Spole\u010dn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my n\u00e1s sbl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed a na\u0161e vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 vztahy se t\u0159eba zase n\u011bjak urovnaj\u00ed. Chyba! Teze p\u0159ece jasn\u011b \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee po\u010det spole\u010dn\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f je t\u0159eba sni\u017eovat, nikoli zvy\u0161ovat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eTak pro\u010d u\u017e mi pros\u00edm t\u011b kone\u010dn\u011b jednou ne\u0159ekne\u0161, zda m\u011b v\u016fbec pot\u0159ebuje\u0161, nebo ne,&#8220; \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1te kategoricky na man\u017eelovi. Doporu\u010dujeme znovu v\u011bnovat pozornost na\u0161\u00ed definici:<\/p>\n<p>Zkracujete-li term\u00edn pro vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed tak z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky, zmen\u0161ujete t\u00edm schopnost va\u0161eho mu\u017ee se ct\u00ed se s kriz\u00ed vyrovnat a m\u016f\u017ee se v\u00e1m st\u00e1t, \u017ee se do\u010dk\u00e1te zbrkle vyhrknut\u00e9ho \u201ene&#8220; m\u00edsto postupn\u011b a poklidn\u011b zv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9ho \u201eano&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1\u0161 mozek m\u00e1 na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed pozoruhodnou schopnost ur\u010dit\u00e9 protistresov\u00e9 kompenzace. Mozek toti\u017e dok\u00e1\u017ee spr\u00e1vn\u011b vyladit sv\u016fj re\u017eim naru\u0161en\u00fd stresem, ov\u0161em jen za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee do procesu nebudeme zasahovat. Bohu\u017eel v\u0161ak tomuto samosp\u00e1sn\u00e9mu mechanismu \u010dasto ned\u016fv\u011b\u0159ujeme. Dostav\u00ed-li se strach z nevy\u0159e\u0161en\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f, pokou\u0161\u00edme se ho p\u0159ekonat, obvykle na \u00fakor sv\u00e9ho okol\u00ed, nad n\u00edm\u017e chceme dominovat.<\/p>\n<p>Uv\u011bdomte si proto, \u017ee jakmile poc\u00edt\u00edte nep\u0159ekonateln\u00e9 nutk\u00e1n\u00ed za ka\u017edou cenu dok\u00e1zat a prosadit svou kompetenci, nez\u00e1vislost a pr\u00e1vo nutit svou v\u016fli okol\u00ed, je to z\u0159ejm\u00e1 zn\u00e1mka faktu, \u017ee jste se dostali do siln\u00e9ho stresu.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdznamn\u00fdm faktorem p\u0159edch\u00e1zen\u00ed stresov\u00fdm katastrof\u00e1m je um\u011bn\u00ed stanovit posloupnost probl\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s tr\u00e1p\u00ed. Dejme tomu, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e1 z na\u0161ich pot\u0159eb z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 trvale neuspokojena nebo \u017ee jej\u00ed uspokojov\u00e1n\u00ed je spojeno s psychick\u00fdmi traumaty. Nahrazujeme ji tedy n\u011b\u010d\u00edm jin\u00fdm, n\u011b\u010d\u00edm, \u010deho se dosahuje mnohem sn\u00e1z. Jen\u017ee ona \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pot\u0159eba z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 i nad\u00e1le opom\u00edjena a sil na dosa\u017een\u00ed vytou\u017een\u00e9ho c\u00edle je st\u00e1le m\u00e9n\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edroda n\u00e1s vybavila pohotovou a \u00fa\u010dinnou soustavou reflex\u016f fyzick\u00e9 sebez\u00e1chovy. Dok\u00e1\u017eeme pe\u010dovat i o svou citovou rovnov\u00e1hu. Z toho si p\u0159ece nebudu nic d\u011blat! Mus\u00edm se n\u011bjak rozpt\u00fdlit a vypudit ten nesmysl z hlavy, \u0159ekneme si. Pokou\u0161\u00edme se nep\u0159\u00edjemnou emoci ignorovat a pokud to nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9, tedy alespo\u0148 zkus\u00edme n\u011bjak j\u00ed \u010delit nebo ji potla\u010dit. Zapom\u00edn\u00e1me v\u0161ak, \u017ee i z\u00e1porn\u00e1 emoce je zdroj informace, by\u0165 pon\u011bkud nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd. Pro\u010d se tak bezhlav\u011b sna\u017e\u00edme zapudit pocitov\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly a nep\u00edd\u00edme se po jejich zdroji?<\/p>\n<p>\u0158\u00edk\u00e1me v\u017edycky, co si skute\u010dn\u011b mysl\u00edme a co c\u00edt\u00edme, neboj\u00edme se n\u011bkdy p\u0159iznat k l\u00e1sce, k nevra\u017eivosti, k vlastn\u00edmu pon\u00ed\u017een\u00ed? Ka\u017ed\u00fdm pokusem o negaci, utajen\u00ed \u010di p\u0159ekroucen\u00ed obsahu informace obsa\u017een\u00e9 v emoc\u00edch riskujeme ztr\u00e1tu kontaktu se sv\u00fdmi skute\u010dn\u00fdmi city a m\u016f\u017eeme ve sv\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch s okol\u00edm vyvolat velmi t\u011b\u017eko napraviteln\u00fd zmatek.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledkem takov\u00e9ho kon\u00e1n\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 zase stres, jen\u017ee tentokr\u00e1t u\u017e dlouhodob\u00fd. Nau\u010dme se rekonstruovat sv\u00e9 emoce v \u010dist\u00e9 podob\u011b a pozn\u00e1me, jak p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd a snadn\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt styk s lidmi.<\/p>\n<p>Ono v\u0161ak nesta\u010d\u00ed zdroj stresu jen naj\u00edt a ur\u010dit. My\u0161lenky a pocity, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159itom rod\u00ed, by se m\u011bly st\u00e1t vzpruhou pro \u010diny sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed k p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek.<\/p>\n<p>Du\u0161evn\u00ed ot\u0159esy, kter\u00e9 prov\u00e1zej\u00ed hled\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdchodisek z kritick\u00e9 situace, jsou nakonec pro organismus u\u017eite\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e bezkonfliktn\u00ed ka\u017edodenn\u00ed proplouv\u00e1n\u00ed \u00faskal\u00edmi bez jak\u00fdchkoli c\u00edl\u016f a p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed. Hled\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdchodiska z kritick\u00e9 situace p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 nejen jist\u00e9 akce a \u010diny, ale m\u016f\u017ee se odehr\u00e1vat na psychologick\u00e9 \u00farovni (pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9ho skutku, p\u0159ehodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed situace, o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdsledku). Dokud t\u0159\u00edm\u00e1me v ruce tuto zbra\u0148 pro boj s nezdary, nemus\u00edme si d\u011blat starosti, \u017ee bychom snad nedok\u00e1zali v\u0161echny stresy ve zdrav\u00ed p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt. Hor\u0161\u00ed je, kdy\u017e se takov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti sami zbav\u00edme.<\/p>\n<p>Pot\u0159ebu hledat m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s trochu jinou; n\u011bkdy \u2014 v\u011bt\u0161inou vinou nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 v\u00fdchovy, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v \u00fatl\u00e9m d\u011btstv\u00ed \u2014 nen\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e1. \u010cast\u011bji v\u0161ak tato pot\u0159eba dostate\u010dn\u00e1 je, pouze se v na\u0161em chov\u00e1n\u00ed nijak neprojevuje. Na\u010d hledat, na\u010d vynakl\u00e1dat \u00fasil\u00ed, kdy\u017e n\u00e1m situace naprosto vyhovuje? Dobr\u00e9 bydlo v\u011bt\u0161inou nep\u00e1l\u00ed. Jen\u017ee lid\u00e9 u\u017e jsou za\u0159\u00edzeni tak, \u017ee d\u0159\u00edve \u010di pozd\u011bji v nich zd\u00e1nliv\u011b zni\u010dehonic za\u010dne hlodat obava: \u201eV\u0161echno jde a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 hladce, ne\u017e aby to takhle mohlo trvat d\u00e1l.&#8220; To o sob\u011b d\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u011bd\u011bt nenapln\u011bn\u00e1 pot\u0159eba hledat, absolutn\u011b nez\u00e1visl\u00e1 na ostatn\u00edch pot\u0159eb\u00e1ch. Pocit neklidu se neust\u00e1le zvy\u0161uje nejen navzdory naprost\u00e9mu zdaru v\u0161ech na\u0161ich z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed, ale z\u0159ejm\u011b pr\u00e1v\u011b v d\u016fsledku dan\u00e9ho stavu (tohoto stanoviska se dr\u017e\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161ina badatel\u016f). Pokud situace z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 i nad\u00e1le bezkonfliktn\u00ed, neklid n\u00e1s nut\u00ed hledat alespo\u0148 n\u011bjak\u00e9 vady, dokonce i neexistuj\u00edc\u00ed. A u\u017e se hl\u00e1s\u00ed pseudoprobl\u00e9my! Pokud se ani to nepoda\u0159\u00ed, vznik\u00e1 z\u00e1hy \u201enemoc z \u00fasp\u011bchu&#8220;. Takhle tedy plat\u00edme za podce\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed jedn\u00e9 z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch biologick\u00fdch pot\u0159eb \u010dlov\u011bka \u2014 pot\u0159eby hled\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Vezm\u011bme si jin\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpad: situace n\u00e1m zjevn\u011b nevyhovuje, p\u0159esto v\u0161ak nepodnik\u00e1me nic pro to, abychom ji n\u011bjak zm\u011bnili. Podle n\u00e1zoru mnoha l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f pr\u00e1v\u011b tento stav vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010detn\u00e9 choroby, nap\u0159\u00edklad nemoci v\u011bn\u010dit\u00fdch c\u00e9v \u010di infarkt myokardu. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se vyskytuj\u00ed u lid\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch, ambici\u00f3zn\u00edch a v\u011b\u010dn\u011b nespokojen\u00fdch s dosa\u017een\u00fdmi v\u00fdsledky.<\/p>\n<p>Zd\u00e1 se tedy, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je pot\u0159eba hled\u00e1n\u00ed, t\u00edm nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed je vzd\u00e1t se ho v\u016fbec.<\/p>\n<p>Pro\u010d v\u0161ak tento mechanismus nefunguje v situaci, kter\u00e1 jako by k hled\u00e1n\u00ed sama vyb\u00edzela?<br \/>\nD\u016fvodem je \u201ezanedban\u00e1 hledac\u00ed aktivita&#8220;, lze-li to tak vyj\u00e1d\u0159it, a je lhostejn\u00e9, zda za tuto netr\u00e9novanost m\u016f\u017ee v d\u011btstv\u00ed nevyp\u011bstovan\u00e1 pot\u0159eba hledat, fakt, \u017ee se n\u00e1m a\u017e doposud v\u0161echna na\u0161e p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed bez probl\u00e9m\u016f plnila, \u010di zda je naopak d\u016fsledkem \u010dast\u00fdch ne\u00fasp\u011bch\u016f a zklam\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Znamen\u00e1 snad zanedb\u00e1n\u00ed hleda\u010di aktivity n\u011bjakou katastrofu? Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed ne, v\u017edycky se lze pokusit ji probudit, nebo obrodit, n\u011bkdy i bez pomoci l\u00e9k\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd psychick\u00fd ot\u0159es, kter\u00fd je reakc\u00ed na stres, souvis\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm s omezen\u00edm na\u0161ich psychick\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed, kdy je my\u0161len\u00ed potla\u010deno v\u00fdbuchem emoc\u00ed. Zachr\u00e1nit n\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee jen schopnost b\u00fdt nad v\u011bc\u00ed, zvolit jin\u00e9 hledisko, pokud mo\u017eno takov\u00e9, je\u017e je s to postihnout celou na\u0161i zd\u00e1nliv\u011b bezv\u00fdchodnou situaci a prom\u011bnit ji z \u201ekosmick\u00e9&#8220; trag\u00e9die v podru\u017enou, nepodstatnou lap\u00e1lii. V \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nen\u00ed dobr\u00e9 \u00faporn\u011b p\u0159et\u0159\u00e1sat uzav\u0159en\u00fd okruh vlastn\u00edch my\u0161lenek. Ze slep\u00e9 uli\u010dky stresu n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee pomoci ka\u017ed\u00e1 nov\u00e1 informace, kterou lze n\u011bjak za\u010dlenit do soustavy na\u0161ich dosavadn\u00edch p\u0159edstav.<\/p>\n<p>Uve\u010fme si jednoduch\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s u\u017e se jist\u011b setkal s t\u00edm, jak hroziv\u011b mohou vypadat n\u011bkter\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty v \u0161eru, za soumraku. Sta\u010d\u00ed v\u0161ak odhodlat se p\u0159istoupit bl\u00ed\u017e nebo si posv\u00edtit \u2014 a nap\u011bt\u00ed je pry\u010d. Stres n\u00e1m pomohlo potla\u010dit hled\u00e1n\u00ed a vzniklou situaci zcela zm\u011bnilo. Nov\u00e9 informace a p\u0159edstavy umo\u017enily dosp\u011bt ke spr\u00e1vn\u00e9mu z\u00e1v\u011bru.<\/p>\n<p>Problematika \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed stresu se v na\u0161em neklidn\u00e9m stolet\u00ed st\u00e1v\u00e1 obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed. Dne\u0161n\u00ed generace se jako prvn\u00ed utk\u00e1v\u00e1 s prudce nar\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed dynamikou \u017eivota. P\u0159esto p\u0159ese v\u0161echno se ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t s\u00e1m sob\u011b l\u00e9ka\u0159em.
