{"id":244,"date":"2023-04-13T00:28:54","date_gmt":"2023-04-12T22:28:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cestypsychotroniky.cz\/?p=244"},"modified":"2023-04-10T03:48:36","modified_gmt":"2023-04-10T01:48:36","slug":"o-starovekem-egyptskem-lekarstvi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cestypsychotroniky.cz\/index.php\/2023\/04\/13\/o-starovekem-egyptskem-lekarstvi\/","title":{"rendered":"O starov\u011bk\u00e9m egyptsk\u00e9m l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Zn\u00e1me dnes dev\u011bt z\u00e1kladn\u00edch papyrus\u016f pojedn\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch o l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch t\u00e9matech.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Jsou pojmenov\u00e1ny podle majitel\u016f (<em>Edwin Smith, Chester Witty, Karisberg<\/em>), podle m\u00edsto n\u00e1lezu (<em>Fay\u00fam Ramses<\/em>), podle m\u011bst, kde jsou ulo\u017eeny (<em>Leyden, Lond\u00fdn, Berl\u00edn<\/em>) anebo podle jm\u00e9na redaktora <em>(Efaers).<\/em> Nejdel\u0161\u00ed je <em>Ebers\u016fv papyrus<\/em>, jen\u017e obsahuje nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u011bdomosti. M\u00e1 108 str\u00e1nek a poch\u00e1z\u00ed asi z roku 1550 p\u0159ed na\u0161\u00edm letopo\u010dtem.<\/p>\n<p>Jsou-li v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed papyry v podstat\u011b sb\u00edrkou recept\u016f, 877 odstavc\u016f tohoto rukopisu obsahuje historicky nejstar\u0161\u00ed teoretick\u00e9 \u00favahy o \u017eivot\u011b a smrti, o zdrav\u00ed a chorob\u00e1ch. Klinick\u00fdch popis\u016f onemocn\u011bn\u00ed je v papyru asi 250. Z mnoha z nich dosud nebyla vyvozena diagn\u00f3za. Jasn\u00e9 jsou klinick\u00e9 popisy revmatismu, jate\u010dn\u00edch chorob, n\u00e1dor\u016f, obsces\u016f, pop\u00e1lenin&#8230; Popisy jsou velmi barvit\u00e9, ba nechyb\u00ed jim ani jist\u00fd liter\u00e1rn\u00ed styl.<\/p>\n<p>Snad nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9ho trakt\u00e1tu je <em>\u201ePo\u010d\u00e1tek l\u00e9ka\u0159ova tajemstv\u00ed &#8211; znalost pohyb\u016f srdce a srdce sam\u00e9ho&#8220;.<\/em> Autor p\u00ed\u0161e o srdci takto: <em>\u201eZ n\u011bho vyb\u00edhaj\u00ed c\u00e9vy ke ka\u017ed\u00e9mu org\u00e1nu, tak\u017ee kter\u00fdkoli l\u00e9ka\u0159, kn\u011bz nebo zakl\u00edna\u010d p\u0159ilo\u017e\u00ed ruku \u010di prsty na hlavu, t\u00fdl, na z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed&#8230; pak sleduje \u010dinnost srdce, proto\u017ee ve v\u0161ech jeho org\u00e1nech jsou c\u00e9vy a srdce promlouv\u00e1 p\u0159es tyto c\u00e9vy.&#8220;<\/em> Ale p\u0159edstavy o krevn\u00edm ob\u011bhu byly zmaten\u00e9. Usuzovalo se, \u017ee existuje souvislost mezi srdcem a \u017ealudkem, a \u017ealudek byl naz\u00fdv\u00e1n <em>\u201e\u00fasty srdce&#8220;.<\/em> Nen\u00ed na tom vlastn\u011b nic divn\u00e9ho &#8211; podnes naz\u00fdv\u00e1me horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st \u017ealudku <em>\u201ekardie&#8220;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dalo se tak\u00e9, \u017ee srdce je spojeno s mnoha org\u00e1ny. Dost\u00e1valo vodu a vzduch do tepen prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm \u201ep\u0159ij\u00edma\u010de&#8220; (patrn\u011b to znamenalo aortu). Pr\u00e1vem bylo pova\u017eov\u00e1no za centrum c\u00e9vn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a za po\u010d\u00e1tek v\u0161ech \u017eil, kde\u017eto dokonce i Hippokrates o tis\u00edc let pozd\u011bji st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b u\u010dil, \u017ee \u017e\u00edly vych\u00e1zej\u00ed z jater.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e byl roku 1930 publikov\u00e1n papyrus Edwina Smitha, prok\u00e1zal, \u017ee ve starov\u011bk\u00e9m Egypt\u011b existovala l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 v\u011bda, zalo\u017een\u00e1 na pe\u010dliv\u00e9 a opakovan\u00e9 prohl\u00eddce nemocn\u00e9ho, \u0158e\u010d papyru je p\u0159esn\u00e1, jasn\u00e1, bohat\u00e1 na obrazn\u00e1 srovn\u00e1n\u00ed. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 dlouhou \u00favahou o srdc\u00ed a tepn\u00e1ch. Prvn\u00ed a nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z jeho t\u0159\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed obsahuje 48 klinick\u00fdch pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 chirurgie a kostn\u00edch operac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou se\u0159azena podle poran\u011bn\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f po\u010d\u00ednaje hlavou a formulov\u00e1na stejn\u011b: Nejprve nadpis <em>&#8222;Instrukce o r\u00e1n\u011b \u010di zlomenin\u011b&#8220;<\/em> &#8230; pak n\u00e1sleduje klinick\u00e1 prohl\u00eddka<em> (\u201eprohl\u00e9dne\u0161-li \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd&#8230;&#8220;)<\/em>, diagn\u00f3za<em> (&#8222;pak je mu t\u0159eba \u0159\u00edci a upozornit ho: M\u00e1&#8230;&#8220;)<\/em> a p\u0159edpov\u011b\u010f t\u0159\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f: Nesporn\u00e1 vyl\u00e9\u010den\u00ed <em>(\u201eNemoc, kterou vyl\u00e9\u010d\u00edm&#8220;)<\/em>, pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9 vyl\u00e9\u010den\u00ed <em>(\u201eNemoc, s kterou budu bojovat&#8220;)<\/em> a beznad\u011bjn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpad <em>(\u201eNemoc je nevyl\u00e9\u010diteln\u00e1&#8220;).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v tomto papyru je, \u017ee prokazuje znalost anatomie, jak\u00e1 je p\u0159\u00edmo nep\u0159edstaviteln\u00e1 u lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed \u017eili v tak d\u00e1vn\u00fdch dob\u00e1ch. U\u017e sama skute\u010dnost, \u017ee papyrus mluv\u00ed o mozku a mozkom\u00ed\u0161n\u00edm moku, sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed a velk\u00fdch \u00fasp\u011b\u0161\u00edch nejstar\u0161\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u011bdy.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e9ka\u0159 byl nab\u00e1d\u00e1n, aby s pacientem zach\u00e1zel vl\u00eddn\u011b a prohl\u00ed\u017eel jej d\u016fkladn\u011b. P\u0159i \u010detb\u011b papyr\u016f \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159\u00edmo \u017easne nad laskavost\u00ed k nemocn\u00fdm a mrz\u00e1k\u016fm. A\u0165 u\u017e byli lid\u00e9 nemocn\u00ed \u010d\u00edmkoli, nikdy nebyli pova\u017eov\u00e1ni za bytosti posedl\u00e9 \u010f\u00e1blem, kter\u00fdch se jin\u00ed nesm\u00ed dotknout (jak to b\u00fdvalo zvykem u n\u011bkter\u00fdch jin\u00fdch civilizac\u00ed). Moudr\u00fd <em>Amenhaten,<\/em> jeden z proslul\u00fdch starov\u011bk\u00fdch v\u011bdc\u016f, \u0159\u00edkal: <em>\u201eNeposm\u00edvej se slepci, nevysm\u00edvej se trpasl\u00edkovi, nezra\u0148 chrom\u00e9ho, nesm\u011bj se \u010dlov\u011bku, kter\u00fd je v rukou bo\u017e\u00edch (\u0161\u00edlenci).&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u010cl\u00e1nky mnoha l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch a nel\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch papyr\u016f vysv\u011btluj\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016fm jejich etick\u00e9 povinnosti: Nesm\u011bj\u00ed nechat trp\u00edc\u00edho bez p\u00e9\u010de a pomoci:<em> &#8222;Jdi k n\u011bmu a neopus\u0165 ho.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i prohl\u00eddce nemocn\u00e9ho mus\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159 vz\u00edt v potaz v\u0161echny sv\u00e9 znalosti, aby zjistil co nejv\u00edc p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f, aby rozpoznal v\u0161echny mo\u017en\u00e9 symptomy. Podle opis\u016f v papyrech se l\u00e9ka\u0159 nejprve dotazoval na pacient\u016fv d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed stav. V\u011bnoval pozornost jeho zevn\u011bj\u0161ku a v\u00fdrazu tv\u00e1\u0159e (\u201ePacient, jeho\u017e t\u011blo se svra\u0161tilo&#8230;&#8220;, \u00abZjist\u00ed\u0161-li, \u017ee se obli\u010dej zm\u011bnil a zbledl&#8220; &#8211; \u201ep\u0159eplul \u0159eku na onen sv\u011bt&#8220;), barv\u011b o\u010d\u00ed a k\u016f\u017ee (<em>\u201eZjist\u00ed\u0161-li, \u017ee m\u00e1 na z\u00e1dech a rukou skvrny&#8230;&#8220;<\/em>). Stav v\u011bdom\u00ed a pam\u011bti se popisuje jako <em>\u201ez\u00e1nik, um\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed mysli&#8220;<\/em>, <em>&#8222;jeho srdce je zapom\u011btliv\u00e9 jako u \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd mysl\u00ed na n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho&#8220;<\/em>,<em> \u201eje mu zat\u011b\u017eko vyslechnout lidsk\u00e9 slovo.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pak n\u00e1sledovalo prohmat\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm se nahmat\u00e1val tep. Ve <em>Smithov\u00fdch<\/em> a <em>Ebersov\u00fdch papyrech<\/em> zauj\u00edm\u00e1 tep v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 m\u00edsto. Poeticky se o n\u011bm \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: <em>\u201eSrdce mluv\u00ed.&#8220;<\/em> To dokazuje, \u017ee Egyp\u0165an\u00e9 patrn\u011b vid\u011bli spojitost mezi srdcem a tepem. Papyrusy p\u0159esn\u011b ukazuj\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159i, kde m\u016f\u017ee zaslechnout tep srdce. \u201e<em>On\u011bm\u011bn\u00ed tepu&#8220;, \u201eml\u010den\u00ed srdce&#8220;<\/em> sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o tom, \u017ee <em>\u201ec\u00e9vy nebo po\u010d\u00e1tek srdce on\u011bm\u011bly.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u010cistot\u011b p\u0159ikl\u00e1dali Egyp\u0165an\u00e9 tak velk\u00fd v\u00fdznam, \u017ee dokonce i \u0158ekov\u00e9 pova\u017eovali jejich p\u00e9\u010di o t\u011blo za p\u0159ehnanou. V\u0161ichni cestovatel\u00e9 si v\u0161\u00edmali jejich zvyku m\u00fdt si ruce a um\u00fdvat n\u00e1dob\u00ed a ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc pou\u017e\u00edvat proj\u00edmadel. M\u00fddlo tehdy neexistovalo. M\u00edsto n\u011bho pou\u017e\u00edvali Egyp\u0165an\u00e9 sody, popela a podobn\u00fdch myc\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f, kter\u00e9 dob\u0159e rozpou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed tuky. Mu\u017ei i \u017eeny si nat\u00edrali t\u011blo vonn\u00fdmi oleji.<\/p>\n<p>Z l\u00e1tek odvracej\u00edc\u00edch \u0161ediv\u011bn\u00ed vlas\u016f sa d\u00e1vala p\u0159ednost (podle z\u00e1kona analogie) s\u00e1dlu \u010dern\u00fdch had\u016f, krvi \u010dern\u00fdch b\u00fdk\u016f o vran\u00edm vejc\u00edm. Podle t\u00e9ho\u017e z\u00e1kona se usuzovalo, \u017ee s\u00e1dlo lva, kter\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edroda obda\u0159ila velkou h\u0159\u00edvou, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 r\u016fstu vlas\u016f a odvrac\u00ed jejich vypad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. K t\u011bmto &#8222;kosmetick\u00fdm&#8220; prost\u0159edk\u016fm dodejme ko\u010di\u010d\u00ed s\u00e1dlo a osl\u00ed kopyta. Nen\u00ed to ani zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 sm\u011b\u0161n\u00e9. Ani na\u0161e prost\u0159edky proti vypad\u00e1v\u00e1ni vlas\u016f nejsou zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9. V papyrech jsou p\u0159esn\u00e9 recepty na p\u0159\u00edpravu l\u00e9ku, nap\u0159\u00edklad:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eD\u016fkladn\u011b rozm\u011blnit, v\u0161echno sm\u00edchat a oh\u0159\u00e1t na ohni&#8220;, \u201ehmotu takto p\u0159ipravenou vlo\u017e do medu, nech vzkyp\u011bt, sm\u00edchej a ud\u011blej kuli\u010dky.&#8220; (Ebers\u016fv papyrus). <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Je tu uvedena i doba a zp\u016fsob p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed l\u00e9k\u016f. Mal\u00fdm d\u011btem se l\u00e9ky nepod\u00e1valy v pr\u00e1\u0161c\u00edch, ale sm\u00edch\u00e1ny s ml\u00e9kem. Ml\u00e9ko s medem, kter\u00e9 autor \u201e<em>Ebersova papyru<\/em>&#8220; velmi \u010dasto doporu\u010duje, je v\u0161eobecn\u011b uzn\u00e1van\u00fdm l\u00e9kem proti ka\u0161li. Osli\u010d\u00ed ml\u00e9ko, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159edpisovalo slab\u00fdm d\u011btem, trp\u00edc\u00edm ka\u0161lem, se vysoko cen\u00ed jako l\u00e9k proti tuberkul\u00f3ze. Petr\u017eel a k\u016fra gran\u00e1tov\u00e9ho jablka, kter\u00e9 figuruj\u00ed v papyrech, pat\u0159\u00ed k surovin\u00e1m modern\u00ed farmakologie&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>To je pouze nepatrn\u00fd v\u00fd\u0148atek z rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho d\u00edla <strong><em>dr. Paula Ghaliusiho \u201eMagie a medic\u00edna ve starov\u011bk\u00e9m Egypt\u011b&#8220;<\/em><\/strong>, kter\u00e9 vy\u0161lo v 60. letech v K\u00e1hi\u0159e. Tento mal\u00fd v\u00fd\u0148atek bychom cht\u011bli uzav\u0159\u00edt slovy:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;Kdyby egyptsk\u00e1 zem\u011b jednoho kr\u00e1sn\u00e9ho dne vyzradila v\u0161echna sv\u00e1 tajemstv\u00ed, kdyby jednou promluvila sfinx, kdyby se objevily v\u0161echny ztracen\u00e9 papyrusy, kdyby n\u00e1hle vstaly z mrtv\u00fdch \u201eDomy \u017eivota&#8220; se v\u0161emi sv\u00fdmi poklady, teprve pak by bylo mo\u017eno vy\u0159knout kone\u010dn\u00fd soud nad medic\u00ednou star\u00fdch Egyp\u0165an\u016f a nad \u00falohou, kterou sehr\u00e1la v utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed modern\u00edch n\u00e1zor\u016f. Mnoh\u00e9 texty jsou nav\u017edy ztraceny. Mnoh\u00e9 z\u0159ejm\u011b nebyly nikdy naps\u00e1ny, proto\u017ee jejich tv\u016frci sv\u00e9 znalosti p\u0159ed\u00e1vali sv\u00fdm \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm \u00fastn\u011b.
