{"id":632,"date":"2023-07-25T00:01:45","date_gmt":"2023-07-24T22:01:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cestypsychotroniky.cz\/?p=632"},"modified":"2023-07-28T05:06:01","modified_gmt":"2023-07-28T03:06:01","slug":"tajemstvi-meditace-tibetskych-mnichu-odhaleno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cestypsychotroniky.cz\/index.php\/2023\/07\/25\/tajemstvi-meditace-tibetskych-mnichu-odhaleno\/","title":{"rendered":"Tajemstv\u00ed meditace tibetsk\u00fdch mnich\u016f odhaleno"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Chce\u0161-li b\u00fdt zdrav\u00fd \u2013 relaxuj!<\/strong><!--more--><br \/>\nNeurofyziologov\u00e9 zkoumali stav harmonie b\u011bhem du\u0161evn\u00ed relaxace<\/p>\n<p>Na newyorksk\u00e9 universit\u011b studovali mozek tibetsk\u00fdch mnich\u016f p\u0159i meditaci za pomoc\u00ed magneto-rezonan\u010dn\u00ed tomografie (MRI).<\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlem studie skupiny v\u011bdc\u016f pod veden\u00edm profesora Zorana Josipovi\u010de (1) bylo zjistit, jak funguje &#8222;vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed&#8220; a &#8222;vnit\u0159n\u00ed&#8220; s\u00ed\u0165 na\u0161eho mozku, stejn\u011b jako proces p\u0159ep\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed mezi dv\u011bma funk\u010dn\u00edmi aktivitami.<\/p>\n<p>A uk\u00e1zala se d\u0159\u00edve nezn\u00e1m\u00e1 skute\u010dnost: v okam\u017eiku &#8222;dosa\u017een\u00ed pocitu harmonie se sv\u011btem&#8220; v\u011bdom\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u011b analyzuje vnit\u0159n\u00ed a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sv\u011bt \u010dlov\u011bka.<\/p>\n<p>Jak ji\u017e bylo d\u0159\u00edve zji\u0161t\u011bno neurofyziology, v dob\u011b, kdy se osoba zab\u00fdv\u00e1 denn\u00edmi z\u00e1le\u017eitosti, mozek pracuje na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed s\u00edti.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsme v klidov\u00e9m stavu, tj. ni\u010d\u00edm se nezab\u00fdv\u00e1me, pak do pop\u0159ed\u00ed vch\u00e1z\u00ed &#8222;uml\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165&#8220;, kter\u00e1 v momentu na\u0161\u00ed aktivn\u00ed \u010dinnosti ve &#8222;vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b&#8220; pracuje v pozad\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee vnit\u0159n\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 je odpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za na\u0161i identitu.<\/p>\n<p>Z toho v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci vyvozuj\u00ed, \u017ee mozek je schopen fungovat na obou s\u00edt\u00edch pouze st\u0159\u00eddav\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Nicm\u00e9n\u011b, jak ukazuj\u00ed pokusy profesora Josipovi\u010de, efekt dosa\u017een\u00ed &#8222;jednoty se sv\u011btem,&#8220; lze vysv\u011btlit pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u00edm, \u017ee se okam\u017eit\u011b aktivuj\u00ed oba syst\u00e9my, tedy tok informac\u00ed z &#8222;venku&#8220; se shoduje s &#8222;vnit\u0159n\u00edm proudem v\u011bdom\u00ed&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Buddha u\u010dil &#8211;<em> &#8222;Sta\u0148te se nezaujat\u00fdm&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201ePrvn\u00ed podm\u00ednka nezbytn\u00e1 k navr\u00e1cen\u00ed zdrav\u00ed je schopnost se uvolnit, relaxovat, z\u016fstat v klidu,\u201c \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed u\u010dedn\u00edk\u016fm auto\u0159i webstr\u00e1nek o tibetsk\u00e9 medic\u00edn\u011b <em>tibethealth.ru.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdchodn\u00ed moudrost \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: <em>&#8222;Relaxace je \u017eivot a stres je smrt.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>V tibetsk\u00fdch kl\u00e1\u0161terech se u\u010dedn\u00edci nejprve u\u010d\u00ed um\u011bn\u00ed relaxace a schopnost upadnout.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017e jste n\u011bkdy p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161leli o tom, pro\u010d d\u011bti, kter\u00e9 upadnou velmi \u010dasto, maj\u00ed mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b zlomenin ne\u017e dosp\u011bl\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>To se d\u011bje nejen proto, \u017ee kosti d\u011bt\u00ed jsou m\u00e9n\u011b k\u0159ehk\u00e9 ne\u017e u dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm vysv\u011btlen\u00edm je, \u017ee d\u011bti jsou uvoln\u011bn\u00e9, ale dosp\u011bl\u00ed se neum\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b uvolnit.<\/p>\n<p>Jsou st\u00e1le pozorn\u00ed, neust\u00e1le napjat\u00ed a v\u00fdsledkem je, \u017ee jsou v\u017edy v tzv. t\u0159et\u00edm hrani\u010dn\u00edm stavu.<\/p>\n<p>Co je to relaxace?<\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00e1 se o takov\u00fd stav mysli, kdy\u017e va\u0161e energie se nepohybuje nikde: ani do budoucnosti, ani do minulosti, ale je tady s v\u00e1mi.<\/p>\n<p>Pohrou\u017e\u00edte se do jej\u00edho tepla.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esn\u011b a obrazn\u011b se p\u0159echod do tohoto stavu popisuje v jedn\u00e9 ze starobyl\u00fdch s\u00fater: &#8222;Horsk\u00e9 jezero m\u00e1 klidnou hladinu. Jste rozpu\u0161t\u011bni ve sv\u00e9 energii. Tento moment je odpo\u010dinek. Nen\u00ed uvoln\u011bn\u00ed, jen pouze t\u011bla nebo mysli. Uvoln\u011bn\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u0161eobecn\u00e9.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>\u010cas se zastav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>M\u016f\u017eete si vychutnat to, co m\u00e1te v tuto chv\u00edli a necht\u011bjte v\u00edc.<\/p>\n<p>M\u016f\u017eete si vychutnat ty zd\u00e1nliv\u011b oby\u010dejn\u00e9 v\u011bci.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017eijte si chv\u00edli le\u017een\u00ed v chladn\u00e9 \u010dist\u00e9 posteli, pocity hebkosti a sv\u011b\u017eesti tkaniny, pocity, jak se va\u0161e lo\u017ee otepluje, a vy se pono\u0159ujete do tmy a ticha bla\u017eenosti.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017eijte si n\u00e1dhernou rann\u00ed proch\u00e1zku.<\/p>\n<p>Vzpome\u0148te si na stav, kdy jste v \u010dasn\u00fdch rann\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch pomalu kr\u00e1\u010deli p\u0159es louku.<\/p>\n<p>Dot\u00fdkali jste se tr\u00e1vy, chladn\u00e9 rosy, vn\u00edmali jste lehkou v\u016fni poln\u00edch kv\u011btin a bylin, rann\u00ed v\u00e1nek, vych\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed slunce &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Co je\u0161t\u011b pot\u0159ebujete, abyste byli \u0161\u0165astn\u00ed!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vzpome\u0148te, jak jste napln\u011bni hlubokou vd\u011b\u010dnost\u00ed za to, co m\u00e1te, \u017ee je tento sv\u011bt a vy v n\u011bm.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00edky komu?<\/li>\n<li>Stvo\u0159iteli?<\/li>\n<li>P\u0159\u00edrod\u011b?<\/li>\n<li>Vesm\u00edru?<\/li>\n<li>Nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom.<\/li>\n<li>V\u0161em a v\u0161emu.<\/li>\n<li>V tomto momentu v\u00e1m u\u017e je to jedno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To, co bylo, se uk\u00e1zalo nepodstatn\u00e9, dokonce v\u00edc, ne\u017e byste si mohli p\u0159\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>Podle slov Buddhy jste na n\u011bjakou dobu &#8222;poh\u0159bili minulost,\u201c aby v\u00e1s neobt\u011b\u017eovala.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zastavili jste plynut\u00ed \u010dasu a byli jste \u0161\u0165astn\u00ed sou\u010dasnost\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Zapamatujte si tento stav v\u011bdom\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>To je relaxace &#8211; uvoln\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bla a mysli.<\/li>\n<li>Pro opravdov\u00e9 uvoln\u011bn\u00ed a relaxaci je pot\u0159eba pr\u00e1zdn\u00e1 hlava.<\/li>\n<li>Nemus\u00edte myslet na nic.<\/li>\n<li>My\u0161lenky p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed, a vy se na n\u011b d\u00edv\u00e1te.<\/li>\n<li>P\u0159itom v\u011bdom\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pasivn\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Bu\u010fte pasivn\u00ed, jako kdybyste sed\u011bli u \u0159eky a sledovali, jak te\u010de voda.<\/li>\n<li>Nic se ned\u011bje.<\/li>\n<li>Jen prost\u011b sed\u00edte na b\u0159ehu \u0159eky a d\u00edv\u00e1te se na jej\u00ed vodu, a ta te\u010de&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Psychick\u00e9 uvoln\u011bn\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st proch\u00e1zka po lese nebo po parku.<\/p>\n<p>Vsta\u0148te brzy, kdy\u017e je v lese nebo parku je\u0161t\u011b m\u00e1lo lid\u00ed, a m\u011bli byste m\u00edt k dispozici alespo\u0148 hodinu voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu.<\/p>\n<p>Pot\u0159ebujete naj\u00edt m\u00edsto, kde by va\u0161i proch\u00e1zku nikdo neru\u0161il.<\/p>\n<p>Cho\u010fte ti\u0161e, pomalu, soust\u0159e\u010fte se na d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>To by m\u011blo b\u00fdt rytmick\u00e9 a plynul\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edstavte si, \u017ee tuto proch\u00e1zku d\u011bl\u00e1te s n\u00e1dhern\u00fdm tich\u00fdm spole\u010dn\u00edkem.<\/p>\n<p>Jdete s v\u011bdom\u00edm, poci\u0165ovat my\u0161lenky a pocity jeden druh\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<p>Odpo\u010di\u0148te si&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Jedna hodina bezc\u00edln\u00e9 ch\u016fze zm\u00edr\u0148uje nervov\u00e9 poruchy, \u00fanavu, podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnost, napln\u00ed v\u00e1s energi\u00ed a vnit\u0159n\u00ed radost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pro sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka je velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 v dne\u0161n\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch \u017eivota z\u016fstat ve stavu vnit\u0159n\u00edho klidu, rovnov\u00e1hy, harmonie s vesm\u00edrem a p\u0159\u00edrodou.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Sta\u0148te se nezaujat\u00fdmi,&#8220; u\u010dil Buddha.
